- We
have a very active Senior Adult Ministry at Hilltown Baptist
Church. The Young At Heart group meets once a month (typically on the
third Thursday of the month) for a time of fellowship and a pot-luck
luncheon. This program includes a time of singing, celebrating
birthdays and anniversaries, a devotional, and entertainment.
Some of the highlights each year include:
- Grandparents Day
- Thanksgiving Dinner
- Christmas Dinner
- Valentine's Program
- Easter Celebration
- "God Bless America" Day
The
Young At Heart ministry also organizes other activities and
events. Each year the senior adults go on a week-long retreat
(typically held in the month of June). There is also a small group
fellowship that meets once a month.
