For ages 8 and up.
Level I productions, consisting of beginning and advanced drama students, introduce young actors to the world of theatre and acting, giving them the opportunity to build foundational skills. Developing strong characters, preparing for a role, working with objectives, learning and using some of the basic stage terminology—these are just some of the many things the students learn in this class. The course culminates in a public performance.

Level II Theatre Production
Prerequisite: Basic Theatre Anatomy. For ages 8 and up.
Advanced students continue to develop their acting skills and techniques, adding new elements, as they work on a full-length production.

Basic Theatre Anatomy
This introductory course provides an overview of theatre and acting, teaching terms and concepts essential to production. Through study, games and application, students learn the basics of staging, theatre, voice, character and text work.

3 1/2 hour class x 4 days
Offered: Fall and Spring Aspiring Speakers For ages 8- up Effective communication is key in the life of any student. This course is designed to enable students to become more confident both in their voice and the expression of their ideas. Students will have the opportunity to learn some of the tools of effective speaking, to communicate in a variety of different formats, and write for various audiences and purposes.
