George Lynch

PASTOR EMERITUS
Pastor George Lynch was born on March 15, 1922, in Bethany Beach, DE and was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1944. He was married to Ann, who passed away in January 2007 and is greatly missed. They have two children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Pastor Lynch received his training from Bob Jones University and Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he also received an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Bob Jones University. Pastor Lynch was the founding pastor of Perry Hall Baptist Church in Perry Hall, Maryland and has served on the board of directors of Trans World Radio for over 35 years. He was the senior pastor of Hilltown from 1967-1979, and Pastor Lynch rejoined the staff of HBC as an Associate Pastor of Visitation in 1998 and "officially" retired in May, 2006 but serves on as Emeritus. He says, 'I am still alive and well but anticipating the soon return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
