Winter 2010 Speech Instruction

Aspiring Speakers (Intro to Speech):  Chris Koch, Teacher

Effective communication is key in the life of any student.  This course is designed to enable students to become more confident both in their voice and the expression of their ideas.  Students will have the opportunity to learn some of the tools of effective speaking, as well as to deliver many types of speeches.  Aspiring Speakers is a prerequisite course to our Speech Meet Competitors class, which will be offered in the spring session.  The Speech Meet Competitors class will conclude with a Speech Meet in May.

Grades 6-8:  Thursday, 9:30am-10:45am, Chapel

Grades 3-5:  Thursday, 11:00am-12:15pm, Chapel

Annual Registration Fee:  $50 per family (new students only) / Tuition:  $14 per week
